Storage duration depends on hard drive capacity, number of cameras and recording quality. We typically configure systems with a 15-30 day archive. If needed, 90 days or more is possible with additional drives.

Yes. Recording happens on a local recorder (NVR/DVR); internet is only needed for remote access. If the connection drops, the system keeps recording and remote access resumes automatically once it is restored.

Of course. Every system we install comes with a mobile app (iOS/Android) where you can watch live video, browse recordings and receive motion alerts — from anywhere.

A standard apartment or house system (4-8 cameras) is usually installed in one day. A medium commercial site takes 2-4 days. For large projects we agree the schedule in advance together with the estimate — and we stick to it.

Yes. Equipment carries the manufacturer's official warranty (usually 24 months), and we provide our own warranty on installation work. All terms are fixed in the contract.

Yes — both one-off service visits and monthly maintenance contracts for businesses, with scheduled check-ups, priority response and SLA terms. We also service systems installed by other companies.

IP cameras are network devices with higher resolution, smart analytics (people/vehicle detection) and flexible scaling. Analog (HD-TVI/CVI) systems are more budget-friendly and work well with existing coaxial wiring. We will recommend the option that fits your needs.

The price depends on the area, system type (conventional or addressable) and the number of detectors. A small office system starts from a few hundred GEL. For an exact quote we prepare a design — the survey and consultation are free.

For large projects a staged payment schedule is available — advance, interim and final payment on handover. We also work with corporate clients on consignment terms. Details are discussed individually.
