1. General

This website belongs to HiVideo Security and is intended for presenting and ordering security system products and services.

2. Prices and orders

Prices are listed in GEL and include VAT. The company may update prices; the price of an already confirmed order remains unchanged. Calculator results are approximate and do not constitute a final offer.

3. Delivery and returns

Delivery: Tbilisi 1-2 business days, regions 2-4 business days. Defective products are replaced under warranty. Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product is unused and packaging is intact.

4. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty. Installation warranty terms are fixed in the service contract.

5. Intellectual property

Site content (texts, images, logo) is protected and may not be used without the company's written consent.
